1. Cancellation of Membership

Members may cancel their subscription anytime by writing to us at info@vpgvet.com.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are only processed if requested within 7 days of the initial membership purchase.


• No refunds will be issued for mid-term cancellations or renewals.


• Refunds, if eligible, will be credited to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Any additional paid services, one-time access passes, or consultation fees are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
